Meet Jordan (me)

I'm Jordan Wood - a professional photographer and videographer, with a background in professional sports, branding, and portraits.

I'm originally from Cambridge, England but I now live and work in Des Moines, Iowa.

I began my professional journey in media off the back of my 14-year athletic career, where I travelled the world and spent my life surrounded by athletes. I loved that world and I wanted to remain in it, but with a slightly different focus.

My work is inspired by creativity, action, and storytelling. I look beyond the ordinary to highlight the lesser seen parts of sports - the behind-the-scenes preparation and the emotional highs and lows.

I take a documentary-style approach to capturing and editing, but I always aim to capture the individuality of every athlete, team, environment and brand.
